At CedarPlanters, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your planter isn't the perfect fit for your garden, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Carefully disassemble your planter if necessary and place all components back into the original packaging to ensure the cedar wood is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
